Ultimate Open House Success

Today I had some time to visit the Westlake house on the Ultimate Open House tour. Kudos go to the team that worked on this project. I was there long enough to hear the compliments from the visitors and to hear the builder give much praise to the design team on its hard work. The home’s main living areas, dining room, master bedroom bedroom and patio were all well decked out and each of the rooms featured a story board with color, layout and accessory options. As I was leaving, I heard what sounded like an offer being made to the builder.
